"Keynotes" are my brief comments about life and recovery and are intended to provide insight, inspiration, wisdom or humor to your day.
I've always liked Steve Wonder's "message music." His songs and those of Earth, Wind and Fire were very critical in me becoming a Christian in the late 1970's. One song in particular that I wore out on that album was the song As. When it pops in my head (as it did this morning), I'm reminded of the positive message and responsibility he inspires me to take.

so make sure when you say you're in it but not of it
You're not helping to make this earth a place sometimes called Hell

And their great-great grandchildren will tell
